Fatigue and a constant tiredness can also indicate the presence of colon cancer, but these can also be symptoms for many other diseases. Anyway, they will probably not occur alone, so it is very possible that some of the symptoms occur together. When the cancer grows it starts affecting the colon function and this will be felt by the individual. And when the cancerous tumors start spreading and affecting other organs, they will determine new symptoms associated with that certain organ function.
